Complete 3.5m width ironer line for hand feeding, folding and stacking of line
Lavatec ironer - LR2 x 800 x 3500 with steam heating from 1997 (very low working hours) in "ex laundry" condition.
Kannegiesser CFL folder for length folding of linen on 4 lanes from 1999 in "ex laundry" condition.
Kannegiesser MKF folder for cross folding and stacking of linen on 4 lanes from 1999 (machine has been completely refurbished 2012)
The ironer and CFL folder are in "ex laundry" condition and can be refurbished to match the MKF folder if neccessary.

Kannegieser ironer line for the processing of large pieces in single lane & small pieces in 3 lanes with cross folding and stacking on 3 lanes
EM-K33-01-1/3 feeder, feeding with one set of clamps for large pieces and hand feeding on vacuum belts
HPM2-33-12 ironer - flexible chest with steam heating for high production on a small footprint 2 roll of 1200mm x 3300mm
RFM33-1/2/3-3 KR1 SR1L - reverse belt folding for a quality finish 1 lane large pieces with up to 3 lateral folds and crossfolding, and delivery onto stacker on left side. 3 lanes of lateral folding for small pieces, which are transferred to the MKF for cross folding and stacking.
MKF33-3 - 3 lanes for cross folding and stacking of small pieces on individual stackers. An additional conveyor can be added to collect the stacked pieces.
The complete line is from year 2000 and is 3300mm wide to cater for king size sheets

The system can also be extended with dryer shuttle, controls and dryers to suit customer requirements.
